How do you maintain a personal connection with your customers while being acquired by a market-leading global company? After 30 years of service in the microbiology community, this was the challenge facing Remel before joining the Thermo Fisher Scientific family of companies. By featuring the real, everyday workers of Remel, the "me" campaign connected the customer to the employee in a way rarely seen in the diagnostic space. The campaign garnered significant external recognition, and also served to motivate the equally-important internal audience.
